How can I use a list in site collection A and view it in another site collection B web part page????

Hi,

SharePoint out-of-box sitecollections are islands. Data from one sitecollection cannot be shared across another sitecollection. There are no webparts available out-of-box to rollup data across sitecollections.

However, there are 3rd party webparts available to rollup data across sitecollections.
