Question : Exploit Virus Attached to bounced back delivery failures

We have received several ( perhaps a few hundred ) bounced back error messages in over the past few days.

The are been bounced back to various non-existent email addresses at out domain name.

The subject field is titled :    Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

There is a web page link attached titled:  Delivery Status Notification (Failure).html   (4kb)

When you click on the attached link out Antivirus ( Eset NOD ) clicks into gear and says that the site contains an  Exploit

We don't know whether it is someone sending mail out as us with the Exploits attached, or if we have some sort of Trojan proxy sending emails out.

Either way we could very likely be sending viruses out to hundreds or thousands of recipients.

We are currently scanning out MS 2003 SBS Server and PC's, some infections that were not there before are showing up, again wed are not sure if this is coincidental.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Robert
