Question : Hp Pavilion dv6 laptop keyboard

Hello,

I just got new laptop. Hp Pavilion dv6. It works great except keybindings drive me nuts.
If i want to press F1...F10 keys i need to press them with FN kombination.

So when im browsing and i want to refresh the page. I usualy just press f5 and it refreshes normaly. But now I need to press f5+fn that refreshes it.
Or if im having an open windows and i want to close it with alt+f4, I need to press alt+f4+fn key.
I really dont know what kind of idiots are designing this stuff.

Anybody got any solutions to this? How to make f1...f10 default keys insteed of being in combinations with fn.

trying to remember, I no longer have an hp laptop to look at, but it seems to me there was a bios setting, something like "action keys" that you can disable to change the way this functions. good luck
