Question : Excel - pdf to Excel

Hi,

In the attached odf form, there are multiple tables that I would like to convert to Excel - and then compare the fields that are included/deleted between the right side tables and left side tables.

I can do this one table at a time. Is there an efficient way to do this? And then also compare the two side?
