Question : exchange 2010 distribution group not receiving external email
Hi,
I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 box with Exchange 2010 installed. Everything seems to be working fine except two problems.
1) All users are able to recieve external email and these arrive fine. However, I have setup a distribution group called info, email address
[email protected]
which is supposed to forward emails to an internal staff mailbox.
When sending emails to the above address no emails arrive to the staff mailbox and no non-delivery report messages are sent to the sender. When sending email internally to this address the email is delivered.
2) We had a user mailbox created which needed to be deleted as the username was spelt incorrectly, the new mailbox has been setup without any problems and appears to be working as some internal staff can email with no problem and external email arrives.
However, certain staff recieve a bounce back message:

Any ideas on either of the two would be really appreciated.
