Question : Intel Server board and embedded RAID, Server 2008 Ent

I have an Intel Server board (SE7520AF2). I have two drives in it on a RAID 1 running on the embedded Intel RAID 5.3.070611551. It appears that there is also an LSI logic RAID in there, but when I boot it and look at the Intel embedded RAID settings, I see my two mirrored drives. I set them up and initialized them too.
BUT, when server 08, 64-bit enterprise tries to load the OS, it reports and shows that no drives are there. There is the option to load a driver, but the board is older and I'm expecting 08 to have the driver.
thoughts?
Do I move my array over to the LSI side or what? I'm kinda lost as to what's going on...
