Question : How Can I Get 2003 Outlook Client to Send Mail?

Hi Kids!  I've searched and read tons of info all over the net..... can't seem to beat this. Backstory: Installed new box for existing user, trashed old box. Fresh install of XP Pro with SP3 and all updates, also files and settings transfer from old box. Running SBS 2003 and Exchange 5.5 with 20 users and 25 seats. Pushed Outlook 2003 from server and launched - all was fine. Next start, send would stick in OUTBOX - could delete and move but never fix. Uninstalled OUTLOOK and reinstalled. Now, all functioned well, but there was no INBOX content and no PST file to be found on client. Looked at Exchange and see 1300+emails in DB for user. Can OWE and see emails. All other folders have content. Changed profiles, deleted profile keys in registry and set up new profile. All looks great, but now back to stuck in OUTBOX - INBOX is full, though!!! Whatcha think? Please don't make me read another link unless it's some obscure solution (Thanks!)
