Vraag : quickbooks grayed de rapportenuitvoer om uit te blinken „uit“

I het proberen om een rapport in QuickBooks en de uitvoer om uit te blinken (niet CSV) maar het de uitvoervenster in werking te stellen is allen greyed uit behalve de optie CSV. Om het even welke ideeën waarom de rest opties is greyed uit?
Excel heeft geen addinsdisabled.
