I'm trying to move a shortcut in the startup menu from one folder to another folder, but I get an error that says Access Denied and Location not Available. Well this is a real location but I can't move the shortcut. Any word on this

In Windows 7 User Account Control restricts access to other users files locations and some system locations.  If you are an admin turn off UAC temporarily to complete the changes you need.
