Question : Word 2007 Adding Mysterious Line on Save to Images

For some reason my Word 2007 has started adding a line to the top and side of all images when I save the document.  If I then replace the image, the line goes away, but as soon as I save again, line comes back.  Any ideas???  It's not a border or shaded background.

does this happen with compressed images? all images?? check your image settings for original vs replaced images.
