Question : why don't we feel the force??

Hi

Lets say i throw a baseball (i picked an american reference as I know most people who answer my question are from the america) to the right. I exert a rightwards force on the ball and the ball exerts a leftwards force on me. Why don't I feel the force of the ball on me? I don't know the answer to this question and I imagine its the type of question a young student might ask (in case i teach science).

thanks

Answer : why don't we feel the force??

Maybe the ball is too light when compared to the massiveness of your arm (your muscles also have to overcome the inertia of your own muscle mass). Throw a basketball or a bowling ball to home plate get a better mix of the ratios of object to arm massiveness.
