Question : Services Stopping

I have a number of servers that I have now had this problem on and I am wondering what is causing this to happen.   Services will stop and then they can't be restarted unless the logon account information is re-entered.  As soon as I re-enter the service account information and password it will start back up.  Has anyone seen this?

What services are causing these issues?  Is the same account starting other services without issue?
