Question : Exchange Relay

Recently we had on issue with our server being an open relay, which was cured. Our Mail server is ok, but whatever we did closing in the relay I think is preventing my Crystal reports server which is running on our SQL sending its weekly DB reports to external email addresses, sending to internal users is fine.

If you have entered this IP as the source relaying server then this should be ok.  There are some relay testing web sites you can use to make sure your Exchange environment is locked down e.g. here:
