Question : Trouble with Menu Drop Down Form

I am trying to get these links into a dropdown form.

Short answer: No.

The Canon T1i does not offer a wireless flash command mode, that can communicate with an off-camera flash. To get that, you need a Canon accessory, which runs around $250, but is mostly showing as backordered by most camera stores. You can also do a corded flash, and there some different Canon and off-brand options for that.
