Question : Exchange 2k3 Mailbox limit quesiton

Would like to setup limit to 5G max per mailbox. I know you can do this at the Exchange server or Mailbox store level using the Limits tab, but i need Exchange to send a notification to an admin (as well as the user) when the 5GB size limit is reached.
I don't think it's possible to do using Mailbox Management recipient policies as they check indiividual msg sizes rather than a whole mailbox - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319188
