Question : The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not available

I've installed a SP 2010 Server on my Windows 7 dev laptop... I keep getting the error:

"The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not available. The Application Pool or Managed Metadata Web Service may not have been started. Please Contact your Administrator. "

How do I get rid of that? It happens when I try to manage the Managed Metadata Service

if it is check that you have installed KB976462 (i believe its a prereq)
