Question : Remove background noise

Hi,
I have the attached song file. Please can you help me to remove the background noise from is and make it somehow more likeable.
It is 'The Thorn Birds Soundtrack" (Henry Mancini). If you could help me with some other link to get it (but in exactly the same form as the attached file) it will really appreciated.
(Please remove the 'htm' extension)

Answer : Remove background noise

There is no any noticeable noise on the record. I am certain with CoolEdit you will do this track sound worse rather than better. There are another class of programs for audio restoration (like Izotope RX http://www.izotope.com/products/audio/rx/ ) but they cost a fortune and even with such tools you have to be a master to improve this particular record. Seek for a professional audio recording studio services. Maybe they could help you.
