Question : sharepoint excel services not available in cetral administration

I have done a fresh FULL install of Sharepoint office Server 2007 on windows Server 2008 and in central administration under services, i cant find excel services or excel calculations....googling,i was directed to creating a shared services application pool...i did that and still no excel services.

What should i do to make excel services available in moss 2007?
