Question : Word 2003 - working with tables, rows, and cells

Hi EE,

Background:                                   (pls note the related posts that this question is building on)

a) Using Word 2003 vba,         i have learned at EE how to insert a student's picture in a table's 1st row 1 st cell.
b) Using Word 2003 interface, i have learned that:
                                   by right clicking table,
                                                    and going to table properties,
                                                                   we can further control the table.

c) In my case, i used table properties, to restrict the picture to size of the row from this link:

Questions, pls:

 Because  i restricted the height in (c),
                             am noticing that the picture NOW does NOT take up the full width of the cell.

1) Is the picture's width less than the cell width
                       bec. that is the picture's actual size (i'm retrieving the picture from a folder on the server)?
2) just wondering, if there is a way to make the picture to be as wide as cell (using VBA or the Word interface)?
    if it's not possible, that's ok.... just wondering

yes @ this will sync the contacts from mailbox.
not from GAL.
