Question : Problem separating statements by job number

I am totally frustrated with the following problem which should be easy to solve...here goes:
I have attached a Word doc that shows, I believe, the pertinent data. The SQL statement works just fine. It gives me all the info I need. The problem is that all job numbers with the same client name show up on a single statement instead of separate ones. I have included the job number so you see the problem. This will be removed from the final document since the job number already appears in the comment line under PROJECT

The Statement shown should be 3 statements...notice the 3 different job numbers.

Moving the stuff in the ClientName header into the JobNumber header, and make the height for the ClientName header 0.

Change the grouping options on the JobNumber group so that it has a group footer.

Then, make the height of the group footer zero, and in the group footer's properties, make the Force New Page setting After Section.
