Question : Word 2003 Documents Print to Envelope Tray

I have a user running Office 2003 who prints letters then envelopes to mail them in from the same document.  Starting this morning, when she tries to print the letter, it is printing to the envelope tray instead.  

I've checked the printer defaults and have successfully printed a test page to the correct tray.  I've also opened a new document and was able to print to the right location, it appears to be just these documents where envelopes are involved.  

Anyone have any ideas for this?

Open the document and check the Paper tab of the Page Setup dialog.  She may have selected Envelope #10 and the envelope tray when printing the letter and then the envelope, and saved it with those settings.
