Question : Cannot delete old off-line files shares on Vista users after migrating from SBS2003 to SBS2008 new server

Hi,
We've just migrated from Small Business Server 2003 to Small Business Server 2008 on a new server.

Various shares on the old server were made off-line for laptop users (running Vista).

Unfortunately I can't see how to remove these old off-line file shares/sync partnerships on the Vista clients.

The Vista clients are still showing various shares on the old server - SGS01 - which no longer even exists.

Please see attached images.

How do I fix this ?

Sorry Mike,

There is a sub note in the article:

"942974  (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942974/ ) On a Windows Vista or Windows 7-based client computer, you can still access offline files even though the file server is removed from the network "
