Question : problems with RPC with Oultook and ACT! open simultaniously
we have a user who experiences an RPC error when trying to mail-merge via ACT! (HRESULT: 0x800706ba)
if she closes outlook its ok but if outlook is open the error occurs.
any ideas?
ACT! does have an office connector which merges the docs into the ACT! environment.
Thanks in advance

Failing this, check in Outlook that Word is >Not< set as the default editor (Office 03) and then security settings are set to the Internet zone (Office 03).
