Question : Will a 32bit application run on a 64-bit or ia64 windows

Are there any general consideration to keep in mind when running a Delphi 32-bit application on a 64-bit or ia64 windows environment?
f.e. Should any setting be done?

IN GENERAL, 32 bit applications run fine on 64 bit operating systems.  EXCEPTIONS are typically those that DIRECTLY interact with hardware, such as drivers and Antivirus software - those need native 64 bit versions.  You always need to test, but IN GENERAL, you should be fine.
