Question : Alert Icon in the Selection List of Backup Exec 12

Hi,
I want to define a selection list and see the alert icon on two servers and don't know why.

This are W2K3 Server and the only difference between the other server is, that this are virtual machines and they have running sharepoint services.

The Backup Exec Information of this server tells me:
Installed=no, Status=not available, version=not available
Remote Agent Information:
Installed=yes, Status=running, Version=12.x

If you log on to the target servers and run the Symantec agent, is it configured to advertise itself to your backup server?
