Question : building a new server machine that has server 2003. need help

We have a server 2003 machine, that is being replaced with a new machine. This is my first time doing this. Can I use the same lic. Key from the old machine? Any recommedations on moving everything to the new one?

if you bought it as a retail license product then yes you can.

if you bought an oem license then you cannot re-use it.
