Question : Installing .NET 3.x

I have .NET 4 installed.  I was asked to install .NET 3.x.  Do I need to remove .NET 4 to be able to install .NET 3?  Are there any prerequisits?  Will removing .NET 4 break stuff?

You can install any number of .net framework versions in any order. They are backward compatible.

Yes, removing .net 4 will break the projects you've created in .net 4.0. But other than that it should not have an impact anywhere else.
