Question : Word Options, Excel options saved?

What file are the options you setup in Word or Excel saved?  I would like to get my laptop setup the same as my desktop as easly as possible.  Is there an easy way?
Also need to get my macros that are setup on my desktop to my laptop.  Are they saved in the same place?

In windows 7 the default location is

C:\Users\[%user%}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

You can check this in Word  by going to Home - Advanced - General and clicking on the File Locations button

Your nomal.dotm file will contain your macros IF it has been setup up that way on your work laptop
