Here's what I can do for you. I've created the initial Menu toolbar. I assigned macros solely based on similarity in the names of the macros to the items listed on the toolbar, so I hope they all do what they are intended to do.
Here's what I can't do for you. Some of the items on the toolbar (Menu) are trying to invoke Autotext items which are probably stored in your Normal.dot. Because I don't have that file and my own Normal.dot doesn't contain the same items I can't get any of the buttons to work for me. It's possible they will work for you once this is back in your environment. It's also possible that these items reside in the Normal.dot being used by Victoria, in which case you'll need a copy of same to integrate with yours.
