Question : How to highlight row with color in document library in sharepoint 2010?

Hii All
 I have sharepoint 2010 and i have documnet library. user wants some color highlight in row so they can identify current document. So i tried to make calculate column add some html code but it does not work, i found some txt file i tried to uploaded in content edipr web part but no luck.

I need to know do we need to do soemthing with sharepoint designer ?? I need some link or suggetions from you.
