Question : Domain admins for local machines

Suggestions needed for a domain enviroment.

We need domain accounts that would be local machine admins (for network techs). We dont want have to add them to the local machine policy individually. The only way i figure is to make them domain admin accounts... However we dont want these accounts to access or have access to the domain controllers and/or other domain server machines. I assume I can restrict access... does anyone have a better idea?
