Question : The login failed

Hello Experts
I am trying to connect the Data source In cold fusion MX7 Then I receive follwoing error
Connection verification failed for data source: (datasource name)
java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot open database "Database name" requested by the login. The login failed.
The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot open database "databasename" requested by the login. The login failed.

So any one has suggestions to resolve this issue
server protocol TCP/IP is enabled.
Sql server is in SQl Server & windows authentication mode

in event viewer i receive following error
