Question : What are major differences between VB.NET and C#.NET?

I have 7 years experience with C# and could write a program in VB.NET if I had to.  But I am trying to sharpen my understanding of the differences.  What are the major differences between VB.NET and C#.NET?

I see localizAtion seems the same, so what areas of the languages are similar or exact?
