Question : Unable to receive email forwarded into Lotus Domino 8 from Exchange Server 2007

Hi All,

I’m having problem with receiving email with PDF and XML attachment in my Lotus Domino Server 802,
1.      when my custom application send the email into my exchange server 2007 distribution group, everyone got the email fine. Except the lotus notes recipient it failed. (in the lotus domino itself it seems that there is no conversation between the exchange server and the lotus domino)

2.      but when I forward it from my outlook inbox, it is received normally ?
can anyone help me in diagnosing this issue please ?

It has probably something to do with the Restrictions settings in the Configuration document for your server. If the mails arrive at the Domino server, and then something goes wrong, you can find the error messages in the log.nsf database. Can you paste those messages here?
