Question : Group Policy not applying to Terminal Server
We have 2 Terminal servers.
The older Windows 2003 R2 server TS1 is functioning fine with a group policy applied to the OU that the server object resides in.
The new Windows 2003 R2 server TS2 is not functioning fine. It resides in a different OU.
What I did was to copy the GPO for the TS1 and apply it to the OU for TS2.
I employed Group Policy Loopback processing for boht TS1 and TS2.
If I place a user inside the OU for TS2, the policy works when the user logs in.
If the user is not inside the OU for TS2, then the policy does not work when the user logs in.
The confusing part is that the TS1 policy works fine in either above cases.
I need the users to be in a seperate OU as these users log into more than just the TS1 and TS2.
I've recreated policies, restarted the server multiple times, tried Administrator level users and normal users.
If I do a gpresults for the TS2 with a normal user, it does not indicate any Computer polices, just User policies.
All are Windows 2003 R2 SP2 servers with a matching Domain controller.
Any help will be appreciated.
