Question : Cannot open help files in WIN7

Hi Experts,

I have a small problem on a win7 machine.
The help files are not working.
I installed the patch KB917607 but with out success.
I always have this error attached.

Please can you help me. We need the help files.

Answer : Cannot open help files in WIN7

cause of error :  Windows 7 no longer include Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe)

resolution : download the file and install
