Question : hyperlink

In silverlight i want to place a hyperlink on a SL page .

NOw I dont want the user to leave the SL app but can I set it so another window opens when you click on a link?

By using the Target property in a Link - it is similar to placing a target property in the anchor tag.  So just set the Target property of the control to _blank.
