I have an .net exe which pulls system info and sends to a database for inventory control. OS, Memory, etc.. Instead of having the local end user run the .exe is there a way to convert this to a web service or something which will pull the info I need to a database without the end user having to run the .exe. I am trying to simplify this process. Make it a behind the scene no user interaction event. This will be on a local network only.
