Question : confused about forms in Visual Studio Designer

I downloaded this program:

and found when I opened the dialog "Resx2XlsForm.cs" in Visual Studio 2008 that clicking the Next button (in the Designer) cause the dialog to scroll.  I have no idea what this is or how it can be that a single .cs file contains multiple integrated dialogs.

Can anyone tell me?

Is it showing on page 2?
Check the subreport format to see if you have KEEP TOGETHER set on.
