Question : Need a better understanding of SSL Certs

  I need a little better understanding of SSL Certificates under IIS. Is the Certificate supposed to match the URL that you use to get to it? I.E. if I open my web browser and go to https://www.mycompany.com/Exchange to get to OWA then would I want the SSL Certificate issued to mycompany.com, www.mycompany.com or what exactly?
