Question : Command button

Please can you help me with a Command button.  What I would like is a code that will check B7-H29

On line 33 I have outlined the format for each column. In E7 the format is incorrect and highlighted in yellow. I would like the command button to be able to detect mistakes like this and highlight them.

Additionally I would like the command button to spot incomplete lines if the have been initiated (Line 9)
