Question : Do not ask me again!

Hello,
When deleting mails from the SENT view a pop up ask for confirmation.
Remove / Delete / Cancel

A user once selected " Don't ask me again " and i would like to change this back.
Where is this value stored / how to change it back ?

Answer : Do not ask me again!

Addr2 = varchar
but I found the problem :

I had to replace the '.'  in to n'.' to indicate the characterset :(

(a typical Oracle messy way to solve thing....)
