Question : Outlook 2007

My OS is win exp prof version 2002 and I use Outlook 2007.  To connect I use Verizon FIOS's router.  Thus I have the following accounts in Outlook which has the add in Outlook Connector :
other details are ; it has Service pack 3 installed and the pc is a Gateway desktop.FX530 and the other details are :
intel (R) Core (Tm)2 Quad CPU
Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
2.40GHz 0.899 gb of RAM
physical address extension.
The email accounts in outlook are :
[email protected] MAPI (Send from this account by default)
[email protected] POP/SMTP
[email protected] POP/SMTP

Frankly, I do not know if  the above settings are correct or not.
I now have mail in my Outbox which is not going out despite hitting the Send and Receive button. But i get incoming mail usually 2 or 3 copies of the same email.
Can someone please let me know what i am doing wrong.

Answer : Outlook 2007

if you use verizone to connect to internet but do not use the email don't even configure it. If you main email address is the msn one just leave that one with the pop settings (if it's the only one it will be automatically the default one). If you think that verizon will send you emails like news, updates or ISP information just keep it as secondary (but selecting msn one as default)
