As long as you don't exceed the voltage given on the capacitor it will just fill until it reaches 470uF capacity and stay like that until you discharge it.
The amount of amperes (amps for US people), depends a lot on your generator and will rapidly go to an ideal zero once the capacitor is charged. In practical terms, your generator will keep a very small current flow due to imperfection of the capacitor.
