Question : Why is access denied to 2008 sql server express database?

Hello Experts.

I attached an existing database to my SQLEXPRESS using the SQL Server Management Studio.  I then decided to detach the database.  Now, I can no longer access the database.  I get the following error:

Unable to open the physical file "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebSites\TxDRA\App_Data\emailDB_log.ldf". Operating system error 5: "5(Access is denied.)".
An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebSites\TxDRA\App_Data\emailDB.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.

Does anybody know how I can begin to access my DB again?  I have checked the Security tab and ensured that I have full rights.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ummmm.....nevermind.  You should always make sure that you are checking the security tab for the correct database.  Thanks anyway.
