Question : create a div with rounded top and bottom and sides with an outer glow

I want to create a div tag that has rounded corners on the top and bottom.  It will also have sides that are a color and it all has an outer glow.

Right now I have it as three separate div tags ( top / content / bottom) but I really need it to be one div tag so I can use display: inline.

I tried to do the h1 tag as a top and h2 as a bottom but it has the sides in each one and doesn't work.  

I'm just learning CSS so if there is an easy solution for this please let me know.

The AMD one you picked out is refurbished.  The idea of a refurbished computer gives me chills.

So given the two you've listed I'd go with the ACER.  Only thing I really don't like about that one is the integrated graphics card.
