Question : UI Design - How to mockup .net application?

Hi,
I want to mockup a UI for a desktop application.

Are there tools available for making this easier?

I thought I might be able to draw the application in Visual Studio with a set of controls such as Infragistics or Telreik but that could be very time consuming. However it would be good to test some of the new layout options available with such products.

Any suggestions appreciated.
