Question : Suggestions on Architecture for New Application

Hi

We are planning to develop a new application using JSP, JSF,Rich Faces and Jboss. I request for the best architecture suggestions with URL/Diagram to help me understand this and discuss with the technical team

1) As the decision is yet to taken on the back end db either Postgres or MS SQL, is it suggested to use Hibernate?

2) Can we plan for Stored Procedures ( I do not want to end up migrating these if there is a change in the DB down the line)

Several ways, you can give them the "add workstations to domain" right using a group policy

I've seen both methods used...where I am right now we use method 1
