I have a user that has been using ACT! for the past few years (version 6). I have recently helped them out installing ACT! 2010 in the premium version so they can sync their databases so they are all working on the same version. However this user now has seperate information from all the rest of the users, because he is not in the network and has been using a different file.
The database fields are all the same, but I am wondering if there are going to be duplicate contacts created when this is done. It has been several years since the databases were split.
I am just importing the old database into the current one. I dont know if there is a different way to do this that would be better, but I didnt see any.
