Question : OWA failing externally

This has been a persistent problem for about a week now.

We have Exchange 2003 running as a backend server. We have OWA running on a frontend server running 2003 sp2.

Intermittently, OWA will become inaccessible from the internet. I can still pull it up locally, but I get the message "webpage not found" externally.

When this happens, I disable the network connection on the OWA server and enable it again. OWA is then accessible from the internet for a while. Then, after several minutes to an hour, it becomes inaccessible again.

I'm not seeing any errors in the logs and, as I mentioned above, OWA is still accessible internally.

Thank you for your help!

Answer : OWA failing externally

As I said, I don't think it permits you to define IP addresses, that means making the change will prevent it registering all records associated with the mnemonic.

So this one:

LdapIpAddress

Will prevent it registering the same as parent folder host record for both interfaces.
